BACKGROUND HISTORY:
We are honored to introduce you to a remarkable young individual, Daniel Manyeki, whose journey is an inspiring testament to resilience and the transformative power of support. Today, we are reaching out to you, our valued donor, to kindly request your assistance in continuing Daniel’s extraordinary path toward a brighter future. Daniel’s story began in the challenging slums of Nairobi, where he was born to an underage mother. At an early age, he was diagnosed with both autism and epilepsy, which added to the hardships he faced. His mother, unable to meet his medication requirements, witnessed her son experiencing conversion episodes, often resulting in self-inflicted injuries. Recognizing the urgent need for intervention, we welcomed Daniel into our organization when he was just 2 years old.

PROGRAMS INVOLVED IN
In our care, Daniel has received regular medical checkups, and we have provided him with essential physiotherapy and occupational therapy programs. These interventions have played a pivotal role in improving his health and quality of life. Daniel is actively engaged in our special education program, where he participates in an individualized education program that covers personal hygiene, behavioral therapy, creative arts, and psychomotor activities. Moreover, he is enrolled in our vocational training programs, which equip him with diverse skills and opportunities for personal growth. Despite the challenges he has faced, Daniel’s journey is one of success. He has achieved remarkable milestones, becoming increasingly self-reliant and demonstrating excellent social interactions. Our mission is to continue nurturing his development, ensuring that he acquires essential skills for daily living and maintains access to the vital medications he requires.

WHAT HE NEEDS
Your sponsorship can make an immense difference in Daniel’s life. It will provide him with palliative care, a
comprehensive healthcare plan, access to rehabilitation services, vocational training, and education – all during the critical early years when these interventions can have the most profound impact on his growth and development. We sincerely request your love and support to empower Daniel as he continues his journey toward a brighter and more fulfilling future. Your generosity will ensure that he receives the assistance he needs to overcome his challenges and unlock his full potential.
