BACKGROUND HISTORY:
Today, we introduce you to a remarkable individual named Innocent, whose story of resilience and courage has deeply touched our hearts. Innocent’s journey to our organization began when he was rescued by compassionate community members who witnessed him struggling in a local river nearby. At that critical moment, he was in a dire state, battling both autism and epilepsy. Unable to communicate and in need of immediate assistance, he was brought to our institution, where we swiftly took action to address his needs. We recognized that he required urgent medical attention, and without delay, we transported him to a healthcare center. Following a thorough evaluation, he was prescribed essential medication to manage his conditions.
The circumstances surrounding Innocent’s rescue were perplexing, as there was no known information about his family or guardians. We promptly alerted the local authorities to the situation, and their guidance was clear: Innocent should be placed under our care while they awaited any reports of a missing child. From that moment forward, Innocent has been under our dedicated custody and protection.

PROGRAMS INVOLVED IN
In our organization, Innocent participates in a range of programs tailored to nurture his growth and development. He is actively engaged in vocational training, which includes carpentry, sewing, woodworks, and clay works. These practical skills not only empower him but also provide avenues for personal growth and self-sufficiency. Additionally, Innocent explores his creative talents through activities like beadwork and music, all while receiving therapy and counseling to support his overall well-being.
Since joining our institution, Innocent’s health has shown significant improvement, with a reduction in the frequency of convulsions. We are immensely proud of his progress and are confident that the skills he acquires through his training will pave the way for a bright and independent future as he transitions into adulthood.
