His life had taken an unexpected turn as he was found abandoned near our institution, prompting us to take immediate action by reporting the case to the authorities and offering him temporary residence. Since that pivotal moment, we have been dedicated to providing John with the care and support he truly deserves. The first step was a comprehensive assessment at the Kenya Institute of Special Education, which allowed us to better understand his unique needs and tailor a care plan that would optimize his development.

PROGRAMS INVOLVED IN:
At present, John is in the early stages of his transformative journey. Our dedicated team is working tirelessly to assist him in learning essential life skills, including potty training, personal hygiene, and vital social interactions. These fundamental building blocks are crucial for his growth and overall well-being.
In addition to his individualized education program within our organization, we are fully committed to helping John reach his full potential. We have ambitious plans to engage him in vocational training, where he can acquire valuable skills for daily living. These skills will not only empower him to lead a more independent life but also integrate him more fully into the community.
