Agnes’s story is one of resilience and hope, and we are reaching out to you to ask for your invaluable support in her journey towards a brighter future.
In the backdrop of the 2007 post-election violence that shook our nation, Agnes’s family lost their home, and tragically, her father lost his life. Born into a family of five siblings, Agnes and her family found themselves in a desperate situation, struggling to meet their basic needs as they faced homelessness. At the tender age of 6, Agnes was brought to our organization in search of assistance. She was not only grappling with the trauma of the violence but also had difficulties in communication and was burdened by chest problems.
